Madelein Venter

Founder & Principal

Lynies Real Estate was founded by Madelein Venter, a woman who believes that life is not about being defined by where you have been, but about having the courage to keep growing, learning and believing in where you are going.

With a career in real estate since 2021, Madelein built Lynies on a simple belief: that people deserve honesty, compassion and genuine care when making some of the biggest decisions of their lives.

An artist at heart, Madelein sees beyond the obvious. Her love for charcoal and graphite has taught her to appreciate detail, perspective and the stories behind what we see — qualities she brings naturally into her work with people and property.

For Madelein, a property is never simply bricks and walls. It can be a home, a dream, an investment, a new beginning or the closing of an important chapter.

Her philosophy is simple: never stop believing, don’t quit, learn from your mistakes without allowing them to define you, embrace who you are, believe in yourself, and never compare your journey to someone else’s.

Never stop believing. Don’t quit. Embrace who you are.

Lynies is more than real estate. It is about people, possibilities and the courage to believe in the next chapter.
